circular material
kubikle's structural system is aluminium throughout — the world's most recycled industrial material, with a global recycling efficiency rate of 76%. aluminium requires only 5% of the energy to reprocess versus primary smelting, and loses none of its structural properties through recycling. every kubikle component is fully recoverable and rematerialisable at end of life.
adaptive reuse
every installation begins with a building that already exists. by deploying within underutilised floor area — idle warehouses, oversized lobbies, vacant office floors — kubikle eliminates the embodied carbon of new construction entirely. no concrete. no steel superstructure. no ground disturbance.
zero waste relocation
kubikle products are mechanically jointed and fully demountable. when occupancy patterns change, pods relocate intact to a new site with full retention of function and zero material loss — directly addressing the single largest source of fit-out waste: strip-outs triggered by lease expiry or organisational change.
no base build modification
installations require no penetration of existing floors, walls, or ceilings. buildings remain structurally unmodified and fully reversible, supporting leed, breeam, and well certification pathways by preserving base build integrity.
energy efficiency
compact enclosed volumes condition a fraction of the air mass of open-plan equivalents, reducing hvac load per occupant. acoustic isolation is achieved passively through mass and air gap — without energy-intensive mechanical systems.
